The large apartment with 3 bedrooms is located on the lower floor. It consists of a living room of about 40 sqm (appr. 430 sqf) with American kitchen and 2 bathrooms with toilet; it sleeps up to 6 persons (4 adults/2 children). The house itself is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It takes just a few steps to reach Playa de Ingles, a beach with black sand.
