There is a banana plantation on one side, and on the other side you'll find the street leading to Vueltas and La Calera. The house consists of a separate bedroom with twin beds, a living room with kitchen unit, a table and chairs (satellite tv), and a shower-bathroom. The owner has laid out a pretty little garden around the house. The house disposes of a small patio furnished with a table and chairs. You can sit under a large shady avocado tree which invites for a rest. Along the house a stair leads up to the roof garden, which offers a fantastic view over the banana plantations to the sea, to Borbalan, and to La Calera.
