The complex consists of 14 apartments only, which are located in single wood houses. There are three houses with four living units each - two flats on the ground floor and two flats on the first floor - and one house with two living units. A nicely situated pool with sea view, fitted with sunbeds and sunshades, belongs to the holiday complex. There is a mini-market service for basic food (fresh rolls daily, for example), a small library and the possibility of using the internet. The complex is situated a ten minutes' walk or 3 km by car from the village. All apartments have sea view and a view of the Teide (Tenerife).
