We are glad to be able to present accommodation in the upper part of the valley. The upper Valle Gran Rey makes a strong impression by its originality and its small villages, bedded in between fertile gardens and date palms.	Only few tourists get here. Most of these start their hikes from here. We recommend to take a rental car throughout your stay, so you can easily access the restaurants, supermarkets and beaches in the lower part of the valley.

Location: The house is situated at the border of the small village Casa la Seda above the road leading to Valle Gran Rey. The tropical Baranco de Arure begins not very far from here with a small waterfall. Shopping: 400 m. Beach: 2000 m. Restaurants: 1500 m. Appointments: The typical Canary house was renovated completely. The inner furnishing is very tasteful. In the huge living room below a beautiful wooden gabled roof you also find the modern fitted kitchen. The separate bedroom has two beds. From the large terrace you have a great view of the green valley. Table, chairs and sunbeds are at the guests' disposal. In addition to this, the house has also been fitted with satellite TV. Price: per night for 1-2 persons A Euro 36.00 B Euro 43.00.	Location: In a quiet location in La Vizcaina at a height of app. 500 m. Shopping: 2000 m. Beach: 3500 m. Restaurants: 500 m. Appointments: This beautiful old country house awakens the impression of being a small Castillo. It consists of two buildings and was completely renovated. In careful detailed work the owners succeeded in presenting the original beauty with a new shine. The walls from natural stone were built up again and the only material used for the doors and windows is wood. Part of the furnishing are antique furniture. The front building contains the living room, the kitchen and a small shower-bath. The rear new extension contains the two bedrooms, each twin-bedded, and another shower-bath. The patio between the houses invites for staying. By using an outside stair the guests reach the panorama terrace from which there is a beautiful view of the rural surroundings. Location: Newly built house on a Finca, surrounded by terraces where fruit and vegetables are grown, in a quit location above Chele. Shopping: 600 m. Beach: 3000 m. Restaurants: 2500 m. Appointments: Casa Tigotan has been furnished very individually and tastefully. It consists of two buildings, separated by a little patio. The front part of the house holds a large salon with dining area, satellite TV, a modern kitchen and a bathroom/toilet. The back building consists of a bedroom and another guest room, adjacent to the bedroom. There are a double bed and a sofa bed at the guests' disposal. The terrace offers a nice possibility to sit and relax. With the magnificent view of the valley and the palm groves one can really leave everyday life behind. Casa Tigotan can only be accessed by using a steep narrow path leading upward from the village street for about 50 metres. Location: The house is surrounded by palm trees; it is situated in the hamlet Casa de la Seda. Shopping: 200 m. Beach: 2000 m. Restaurants: 1000 m. Appointments: Casa Ricardo disposes of 2 holiday studios. Each of them has a floor space of almost 323 sq. ft. and consists of a living area with sofa bed, dining table, kitchen units and a sleeping area with 2 beds. The light studios also dispose of satellite TV and a small bathroom with shower. From the shared terrace, the guests have a beautiful view of the surroundings. The landlady lives in the house and has experience hiking on La Gomera. She is glad to help her guests when questions arise. Price: per night for 1-2 persons in the studio A and B Euro 31.00

During the winter it may become quite cool in the upper valley. There is no heating in the houses.
